1次会終了後にTVで気になっていたので立ち寄ってみました。
自分としては、バーベキューの燻製が好きなのと肉好きというのもあり、柔らかくて割と脂と赤身のバランスが良かったですし、肉自体も旨みがあったのでお腹が膨れている割には赤ワイン頂きながら軽くいけてしまいました。
