I had chicken hitsumabushi for lunch with a friend who works around here. Hitsumabushi was an eel, but what was it? I was looking into it. --- The basic style is to cut the broiled eel meat into pieces, put it on top of rice in a bowl, etc., and then the person eating it divides it into bowls and eats it, which is the reason for the name of the dish. Origin (There are different theories about the origin. See below). Generally, it is served with condiments such as wasabi, chopped seaweed, and chopped green onions, as well as soup stock and tea, and the taste can be varied by pouring it over eel rice or making it into Ochazuke(boiled rice with tea)depending on the taste of the person eating it. You can enjoy eating it [2]. From Wikipedia. It comes from the chest. Apparently the restaurant used to be called Tosaka, but has the name changed? Apparently the lunch menu is the same. Hitsumabushi costs 1400 yen. It's fun to be able to eat it in different ways. Thank you for the meal. It's on the second floor of the Grand Tower, but it's like an annex, and when you take the elevator to the second floor, there are two or three shops. I went there from outside, but the name of the store was different from what I had heard, so I was confused. If you arrive early for your meeting, you may feel at ease even if you get lost.
