ランチで利用しました。今回は贅沢にお昼からコースで。
食事の前に飲んだそば湯がめちゃくちゃ美味しくておかわりしたかったほど。
全ての食材が活き活きとしてるし、こんな暑い中でもペロリと食べれる食材ばかり。
前菜のミニトマトが甘くて甘くて特に美味しかった。
メインの十割蕎麦は弾力があり、噛むほどに蕎麦の風味や優しい甘味が伝わりとても美味でした。つゆも上品で蕎麦の邪魔をしませんでした。
また六本木へ行く機会があれば利用したいです。
