サクッと蕎麦でもな気分でコチラへ
国産蕎麦粉の十割蕎麦に拘っていると聞いて気になっていたお店
かき揚げ天せいろも良さげながら、鶏むね天のおろしかけそば（冷）@1,350+大盛@100をお願い
お冷やと一緒におちょこで咲湯と名打った生姜効かせた蕎麦湯が供される
クイッと頂くと確かに蕎麦の香りで食欲が刺激される
蕎麦はオーダー毎に射出器で窯に押し出して短時間茹でて〆ての工程
手打ちで細く切れにくく作るのが難しい十割蕎麦を射出方式で手頃な価格で提供する工夫してるんだな〜、とか考えるうちに鶏むね天おろしそば登場
早速蕎麦から頂きまーす
腰のある蕎麦は確かに十割な蕎麦の香り
十割なのにモソモソ感は無く旨し
惜しむらくはこの蕎麦にツユが負け気味かな？
鶏むね天はあっさりしながらも肉な存在感がいい感じ
おろしたての大根おろしも刻み葱もいい仕事
大盛にしたのでボリュームもしっかりで完食するとなかなかの満足感
次回は辛汁なら蕎麦に負けてないか試しにかき揚げ天せいろかなぁ
