六本木駅徒歩10分の高級住宅街 元麻布の一角にある、隠れ家的なお店です。
店名のTOSAGEとは登坂(とさか)シェフの名前と、シャンパンをつくるときの行程の
「ドサージュ」を組み合わせてつくられたのだそう。
オープンキッチンを見渡せる、カウンター８席、個室１室のスタイリッシュな空間で
心地よい時間を過ごせます。
一番のポイントは、パスタが10種類20gずつ頼めるというパスタ好きには夢のようなお店です。
全種類食べられるお客様は全体の4％くらいだそうです。
