六本木通り沿いにあるデュオスカーラというビルの地下。住所は西麻布ですが、まだ六本木圏内と言っていいでしょう。このビル、ちょっと分かりにくい構造なんで、まず一歩目、階段を降りる前に躊躇、さらに地下は薄暗いんで、入店も躊躇います。でも、結論から言うと、結果的に良かったです。
いただいたのは、スペインのビール３本、料理２品、デザートで〆て、５９００円でした。ビールは、マオウ、マオウ黒、イネディット。スペインのビールはマイナーですが、お目にかからない銘柄。特に、イネディットは初見。マオウは軽めですが、しっかりしたタイプ。料理は、まずカジョス。ハチノスがメインのモツ煮というところ。グツグツと煮えたぎった状態で供されます。柔らかな仕上がり。ビールにもワインにも合いそう。次は、ラムのコリアンダー炒め。野菜が多く、見た目ほど濃い味ではありません。ちょっとラムが硬かったけど。最後にデザート。山羊のチーズケーキ。チーズが濃い。山羊のチーズ単体は難ですが、チーズケーキは、いい感じに仕上がっています。他にも、気になる料理があるので、近くにいたら通っちゃうだろうなー。でも、パエージャは、２人前からなんで、ちょっと注文しにくいかも。
