食通の方々の評価が高いのを拝見して初訪問。
六本木駅・乃木坂駅ともに徒歩5、6分の場所にある熟成鶏の焼き鳥屋です。
本日は厳選鶏のフルコース¥15600を頂きました。
串によって焼き方を変えるなど、部位に合わせた焼き方でコースを楽しませてくれる。
香りの良い紀州備長炭に、温度調節に適した土佐炭を混ぜた火床で焼いた熟成焼鳥はどれも絶品。
絶妙な火入れでどの串もジューシーかつ鶏の旨みが凝縮されてます。ハイレベルな焼鳥ですね。
これからどんどん人気になりそうな予感がします。
