隠れ家ビルの3FにあるPOP & POUR
黒を基調にしたシックな
カウンター席メインなお店で
女の子2人で来てる層が多かった
今回はハーフのワインペアリングコースを
事前に予約して行ってみた
呼ばれたい名前を書いて
名札にしておくとスタッフさんが
名前呼びながらフランクに会話してくれるシステム

高知県産の牛乳
1杯目はフランスの白ワインのペバン
ボトルデザインもお洒落イラストで
ロゼっぽいニュアンスも感じるし
爽やかな柑橘の香りも楽しめてはじまりに良い
塩パンナコッタは人生で初めて食べたけど
杏仁豆腐っぽさもあるし
オリーブオイルも感じるし
クセになって食べ進められちゃうやーつ

梅と青紫蘇 ハーブミックス
・チャフィー・ブロス・サルヴィス・グラニタ・バロッサ・オールド・ヴァイン・セミヨン
ぶりんとしたカンパチを爽やか薬味で
カルパッチョで食べながらの

おとぎの話のような土地で生まれた豊かなワイン

さっぱりとザクザク食べながらの1杯は
イタリアのオレンジワイン
・イクラのブルスケッタ

いくらのブルスケッタはありそうで
なかった逸品な気がして
パンともこんなにいくらが合うんだ、と感動しながら
南仏オーガニックのロゼワインで
ボトルデザインでおじさんが踊ってたかわいい
・牛の赤ワイン煮

牛の赤ワイン煮はホロホロと柔らかいお肉で
ここではじめての赤ワイン！
濃厚でお肉の味も引き立てる1杯
・笹の冷麺
・カンティーナ・ジアラ メルク
〆で冷麺って予想してなくて嬉しい驚き
お店の店長の名前をとった冷麺らしく
さっぱり爽やかに出汁が感じられて
オレンジワインとも相性抜群で良き〆の1杯
ハーフのペアリングだと
全体でも3.5杯ぐらいの感覚なので
ベロベロにならずに食事にも集中できて
素晴らしいコースだった♪
名前のシールは最後に壁に
貼って帰れるのも思い出作りにいいかも
