平日の昼11:10ごろ来店。2人目でした。
看板にPM7:00～AM7:00とあったので、夜のみと思っていたら、たまたま通りかかってやっていたので入店。どうやら、普通にAM11:00からやっているようだ。
注文は、チャーシュー麺￥1,280-。
麺は、普通の中細ストレート麺。のど越し良く、もちもちした美味しいめんでした。
具材は、ナルト、海苔、細切り葱、メンマ、チャーシューが8枚くらいでした。
チャーシューは、柔らかいが歯ごたえのある絶妙の食感。脂身も甘くておいしい。
切り方は、四角く切ってあり、喜多方ラーメンと同じ感じでした。
スープは、鶏ガラ系と煮干しを合わせた感じに思いました。
丁度半々といったバランスで、どちらのスープも感じられる、スッキリしてそれでいて旨味を感じさせる飲みやすい美味しいスープでした。
