所用で西麻布へ出かけたついでに訪問しました「チャーシュー軒」。結論から申し上げると、
私の舌にはドンピシャ。煮干ラーメンはこれですよ。
まず店内入ると赤く細長いテーブルが3つほどあり、必然的にほかのお客様と相席になります。（夜だと離れて座れるので特段気にならないかと。）
早速、ラーメン920円、チャーシューマイ3個240円、中瓶ビール700円の鉄板の組み合わせ
を注文。
濃厚だが決してしつこくない煮干し出汁スープとストレート中太麺の組み合わせは絶妙かつ最強。
細目で短いメンマと小ぶりで薄いチャーシューも味が染みておりしっかり脇を固めている。シューマイはというと口の中でとろけるほど柔らかい。
飲んだ後の締めラーメン、とのコメントも見受けられますが、それもあり、飲まなくても良し。
ほかのお客さんが頼んでいたルーロー飯も美味しそうだったので次回再訪時は注文してみよう。
さすが夜の西麻布、私好みの味に出会ったことに感謝。ごちそうさんでした。
