六本木駅から西麻布方面へ徒歩6〜7分ほど。
六本木通りに面したビルの2階にお店がある。
こちらはけやき坂にあった「欅くろさわ」の後継店で
先月に開業したばかりの新店のようだ。
エレベーターで2階に上がると直ぐこちらのお店の入口になっている。
開業間もないこともあり入口付近には開店祝の花がかざられている。
店内は比較的に装飾性は少ないが蕎麦屋としてはスタイリッシュな内装だ。
メニューは「欅くろさわ」と比べると少し絞られているようだ。
今回はいつものように天もり（連れはネギそば）をいただいた。
蕎麦は切りべら30程度の細打ちで、まずまず揃っている。
微粉中心の粉で打った二八蕎麦のようだが繋がりは上々だ。
玄蕎麦は北海道・キタワセと茨城・常陸秋をブレンドしているとのこと。
香りは弱めだが風味はそこそこ出ていた。
連れの食べたネギ蕎麦は冷やかけの蕎麦で
軽く火入れをした九条ネギの笹打ちがたっぷり乗っている。
シャキシャキ感の残ったネギの食感と風味、添えられた柚子胡椒が
アクセントになりバランスの取れた味とのこと。
ところで「欅くろさわ」の蕎麦は蕎麦打ち技術が素晴らしかったが
こちらの蕎麦はそこまででは無い。
店長さんは変わらないが職人さんは変わったようだ。
今後の精進に期待したい。
