2回目の訪問です。今回はクリスマス特別コースと主人から聞きました。とっても豪華な食材のオンパレードです。
どのお料理も、色々な食材のマリアージュが楽しく美味しくいただきました。また優しいお味で、日本人のテーストとしてはとても安心して最後までいただけます。
ワイン・ペアリングが、またとても良くおすすめです。
私個人の今回の最高の一皿は、牡丹海老と雲丹のお料理。普段食べないデザートも絶品でした。
