眠らない街、六本木に店を構える「レストラン ローブ」さんに伺いました。
2023年6月に東麻布から移転されています。
2016年6月に開業している移転前の店舗では、食べログ フレンチ TOKYO 百名店 2021 選出店です。
アクセスは、南北線 六本木一丁目駅より歩いて5分程です。
東京メトロ日比谷線 神谷町駅からも徒歩圏内です。
アークヒルズ仙石山森タワー1階です。
横浜市ご出身の今橋 英明シェフと熊本県ご出身のパテシエ平瀬 祥子氏、ソムリエの石田 博氏と共にワンチームとして料理を提供しています。
店名の「L'aube」は、始まりや夜明け、誕生を意味するフランス語だそうです。
落ち着いた色合いでまとめられている大人の空間です。
オープンキッチンからは、料理人のパフォーマンスが堪能できます。
