アサヒナガストロノームのディフュージョンブランドのお店が六本木ヒルズにオープン。
Galerie ASAHINA
記念日ランチで伺いました。
場所はかなり奥まってわかりにくかったです。
六本木ヒルズのレジデンス棟にお住まいの方々が通るので、窓の外の風景には特別感はなかったです
窓が広くて明るいのは良いけど、日当たりが良過ぎて、ちょっと辛かった・・・。
お隣のお客様は席の移動をお願いして、移動されました。
深いグリーンが基調となった店内。
勝手に若い女性が多いのでは？と思っていましたが、意外に？年齢層高めでした。
ノンアルのシャンパンで乾杯
フリーフローのプランもありましたが、お酒が飲めない我々はコースに単品でオーダー。
ドリンクのお値段、かなり良心的だなあという印象でした。
コースの最初のコールドプレスジュース。

家人はレッド、だったかな・・・。

6種類のセイボリーコレクション。
最初コールドプレスジュースの後、こちらが出てくるまで、実に30分以上もかかりました。
うーん。
飛び込みで入ったわけじゃないのだから、時間かかり過ぎでは？
1つ1つ手が込んでいることには間違いないのでしょうけど・・・。

予想を上回るプティさでした

食後の飲み物にフレッシュハーブティーが選べました。

スイーツ系の量がセイボリーに比して多い印象。
紅茶を追加でお願いしました。
プティ・ココットの子羊以外は、誰も美味しかったです。
ただセイボリーコレクションの提供に時間かかり過ぎ・・・。
2時間制を謳っているのに、結局2時半位とゆっくり出来ましたが・・・。
でも改善した方が良いのではないかと。
とは言え、行きたいお店に行けて満足✨
久し振りにアサヒナガストロノームにも行きたいな。
2回伺ったことがありますが、確かミシュラン獲る前なのよね。
