お仕事仲間（女性）と2人で来訪。セイボリーコレクションにグラスでシャンパンと白ワインをいただきました。
アサヒナガストロームの朝比奈悟シェフが監修するセイボリーに特化した新業態。グリーン尽くしの店内はさながらブティックホテルのラウンジ。
ワクワクしながらの一品目は有機野菜のゴールドプレスジュース。芸術的な器に野生み溢れる素材の香りのジュースが注がれてアートが完成します。コース名になっているセイボリーコレクションはまさに小さな芸術品。塩雲丹ラディッシュドーム、ジャガイモのクロワッサン仕立て、スナップエンドウのクーリなどなど一口でいただける小ささなのに五感で楽しめる逸品。そのあとのフリヴォリテという地層のように織りなされたサンドイッチも味も食べ応えも満点。プティココット（お肉料理）もチョコレートのデセールもミニャルディーズもサイフォンで淹れるフレッシュハーブティーも素晴らしく、最後まで大満喫。
一つ一つが小さいので足りるかなと思いましたが、香り高く、完成された世界観をいただき、お腹いっぱいになりました！
