タレが甘めだったり、塩が利いてたりと、味の輪郭がはっきりしている。
それでもお肉や野菜本来の旨味が消えていないのは、素材の良さと焼きの技術の賜物だろう。
正直、1本目のかしわですべて持っていかれた。
どれも肉厚でジューシーで、感動した部位が多かったように思える。
串の合間にクスクスのサラダが出たり、ご飯物でパエリアが出たりと、創作意欲もうかがえた。
