久しぶりに和食の会食。男性二人、会食利用。
カウンターに着席、ビールで乾杯。その後シャンパーニュ飲んで、ハイボール。
料理はお任せで、シーズンごとに変わるわけですが、
最高級の食材という感じは受けない。
が、その食材を無理させず、まっとうな味付けて提供してくれる。
インパクトや蘊蓄で語る主人のかたもいますが、
こちらはこじんまりと真面目な感じ。
派手さもないし、全体的に真面目すぎるかもしれないが、
それが良いんだろう。
値段は至ってリーズナブル。もう少しシャンパーニュ、ワインの種類と
日本酒の種類が増えると嬉しいかも。
