惣菜類は絶品！！さすが韓国大使館御用達の信頼と実力。
麻布十番には焼肉の有名店がたくさん点在しますが、
自分は２５年以上前からいつもこちらを利用しています。
メインの肉質はどれもグレードは水準以上ですが、
どれも正直特筆する特徴がある訳ではありません。。。
しかし、こちらはサイドメニューの惣菜類が天下一品なのです！
特に「白菜キムチ」と「分葱キムチ」は絶品ですね。
定番の「白菜キムチ」ですが、そのシャープな辛さと魚介のコクと旨味。
全体の旨味と辛味のバランスは「日本一」と言っても決して過言ではありません。
数多くの有名店やコリアンタウンのキムチを食べてきたつもりの自分も
この２５年、ずっとここのキムチを愛してやみません。。。
「分葱キムチ」のワイルドな辛さと葱好きにはたまらない苦味と辛味。
休みの前日に覚悟を決めて食いまくるのが楽しいです・・・。
いずれもお中元やお歳暮に知人に贈ったりしてますが、毎回楽しみにされています。
そして、もうひとつのオススメ惣菜が「岩海苔の漬物」！
これがまた本当に「ご飯の友」の王様です。
これも他店の岩海苔漬けとは一線を画す絶品の味付け！
これだけでご飯３杯は行けます。
他にもこちらならではの絶品と言えば、「チャプチェ」の美味さ。
「チャンジャ」の洗練された旨さと食感。「小松菜キムチ」「胡麻の葉漬け」等、
本当に韓国家庭料理の真髄を味わうことが出来ます。。。
店主によれば、こちらは元々上野のコリアンタウンに店舗があったそうです。
その頃から惣菜類の仕込みのやり方は変わっていないとのこと・・・。
上野の方が自分の自宅はずっと近いし、麻布十番は滅多に近づかないエリアですが、
自分は年に数回、２階で焼肉を頂いたり、１階で惣菜を買い求めたり、
こちらの味を求めてはるばる電車を乗り継いで訪れてます。
昨夜もキムチと岩海苔漬けだけを買いに足を運んだ次第です。。。
毎年色んな新しいところのキムチを頂いたり食したりする機会が有りますが、
未だにこちらのを超えるものに巡り会っていません。。。
是非１度、１階の惣菜売り場で試しに買って食してみて下さい・・・。オススメします。

Every year, I send this kimchi as a midyear gift. I've been sending it for over 10 years now, to many people. If I send it again, none of the recipients will accept it if it's not this one... That's how impactful kimchi is on everyone! When the recipients say things like, "I look forward to eating this every year," it's no longer a pain to trek here in the heat of summer to buy so much...! (Actually, it's painful... (lol)) It's just so spicy, and just so delicious!! The richness of Seafood stock is particularly outstanding. The Korean embassy staff, who are right in front of this store, come here to buy it. That alone tells you it's the real thing... Of course, they have a wide variety of kimchi, and they're all delicious, but it's clear that their kimchi is one of a kind, especially their "Chinese cabbage" and "leek" kimchi!! Honestly, if it were allowed, I could eat it forever... Also, my favorite is this "[b:Pickled Rock Seaweed]"! The deliciousness of Korean seaweed marinated in a unique sticky and glossy sweet and spicy sauce makes Momoya's "Gohan Desu yo" seem like a child's toy after eating it. For 1000 yen per pack, it's rare to find Side Dishes that is this enjoyable! It's a product that I've put on my list of things to eat for my "last supper" before I die. Seriously... I gave them as gifts, ate them to my heart's content myself, and then this year's hot summer came to an end...
