麻布のカウンター6席、個室3部屋の割烹。9年前に来た時は2つ星、今回は３つ星に昇格してます。1巡目17時半スタート、でも用意整わずでウェイティング。以前あったバーは離れとある個室になってます。お料理はメリハリついた印象、1人予約では食べられないトリュフご飯いただきました。個人的に松茸・トリュフは香りはあってもお味はスカスカ、撒き餌を連想します(๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)
