とにかく出汁の使い方が日本一の和食屋さん！
どれも抜かりなく美味しさで溢れています。
一品目の歯応えとさっぱりした和物は美味以外何物でもありません！笑
胡麻豆腐もいつも安定の濃厚さで、味噌が毎回違って新しい発見。
3枚目のフカヒレの唐揚げは、いつも病みつきになり、毎度注文。ふぐの上に白トリュフ様のせは、美味しくて鼻の穴が膨らみます！蟹もジューシーでおいしくて、びっくりするのが牛鍋。お肉もおいしくて、何より出汁が最高峰。そして最後は黒＆白トリュフの炊き込みご飯。これは毎度のことながら一粒も残さず完食です。
とにかく美味しすぎる圧倒的な和食のナンバーワン！！
