東京、静岡を中心に大阪、名古屋など4.0以上の店、行きまくってます。
2015年以来、約7年ぶりに訪問しました。
海外のグルメな方々にも、とても有名なお店です。
私も帰国した時は真っ先に伺いたくなる、特別お気に入りのお店ですね。
大将を目の前に見れるカウンターがお勧めです。
あの真摯な姿がカッコイイです。
味も当然ですが最高です。
ハマる事間違いなしです！

今回は個室でいただく事にしました。
結論として先に言うと
カウンターがいい！です。
やはり大将の真摯な姿を見ながらいただく料理は格別です。
個室ではそれが半減してしまいます。
勿論、料理はどれも美味しく、流石のセンスを感じさせます。
次は絶対、カウンターに復活します‼︎
