1982年開業の老舗。シェフは1975年に渡伊して修行とのこと。そんな昔に立派だなあ。修行先で「お前日本人だろ、俺はお前のことを信用していない。俺は日本人に一生懸命イタリア料理を教えてきた。でもお前らは日本に帰ると必ず日本料理に変えちまうからな」と言われ、本物の味のみを伝えることを決意したとのこと。
シンプルな内装です。気軽に来れる感じ。
サラダには野菜の酢漬けに自家製のハム。ハムの材料（？）は、なにやら珍しい部位で、食材卸も営む当店だからこその仕入れ。肉の旨味、絶妙な塩加減、OCです。
思わずハムとバケットを同時食い。
パスタはシンプルにゴルゴンゾーラで。こちらのチーズも自社輸入品とのこと。ソースがたっぷりで大満足です。茹で加減も申し分無い。
豚肉のソテー。肉の味がジューシーに引き出される火入れで美味。トマトソースの酸味も上手に取り除かれており美味。おまけに量も多い。大満足。
ドルチェは古典的な卵が多いプリン。パステルのなめらかプリンで育った現代っ子としては古臭く感じてしまいました。
エスプレッソで〆。
さてこのランチ、いくらだと思います？なんと税込み2,100円！！アンビリーバボーゥ！ピーパッパッパラッポゥ！いやーなんて素晴らしいランチコースなのでしょう。4,000円取られても全然OKなレベル。
すごい店があるもんですな。しかも若い人の間ではそんなに有名じゃないですよねこのお店。これだからレストラン巡りはやめられない。感動的な驚きが割と頻繁に現れる。
今度はディナーを楽しみに来たいと思います。ごちそうさまでした！
