久しぶりに美味しいパスタが食べたいと思って、買い物がてら行って来ました。
土曜のランチを頼んだら、
前菜からこのレベルとボリューム。
こちらのマダムのご出身だというアブルッツォのワインと共にじっくり頂きました。
この日は、鴨肉のマリネとフォアグラ、
生ハムは豚の頬の辺りの肉だそう。
マダムがチャーミングに頬を押さえて、ココよ、と教えてくれます。
(前回は太ももでした(笑))
パスタはゴルゴンゾーラのタリアテッレ。
う、旨い！
お店の雰囲気も可愛らしくて家庭的な感じ。
幸せなランチタイムです。
初来訪は、イタリア好きのアブルッツォ料理を楽しむ会のディナーでした。
美味しいパスタやお肉のオンパレード。。。
色んなお話を聞きながら、食も進みます。
それ以来、すっかりファンになりました。
落ち着いて美味しいものを楽しむ、こちらはオススメです。
