本日のランチはこちらへ。
「ラ・コメータ」
麻布十番にお店を構えて25年程とイタリアンではかなりの老舗。
イタリアの一流店で修行を積み続けた鮎田シェフは素材、ワインまでも本場の味にこだわり
日本で唯一の「全イタリア料理連合、最高料理人協会」の会員でもあります。
お店はこじんまりとして小さい感じですが、落ち着いていて良い雰囲気です。
ランチメニュー中から、パスタランチを注文！
前菜は2種類、パスタは5種類の中から選ぶことができ、パンとドルチェも付きます。
前菜はミックスサラダで、パスタはサラミ・トマトソーススパゲティを選びました。
ミックスサラダは、さっぱりしたドレッシングが野菜の味そのものを引き立てているようで
とても美味しい。
イカのアクセントも良いです。
メインのパスタのサラミ・トマトソーススパゲティは麺は柔らかめです。
サラミがたっぷり入ったトマスソースと良く絡んで美味しい！！
ドルチェもパンも大変満足できるレベル。
イタリアの伝統的な味が再現されているので、次回は、ディナーに訪問したいと思います。
