連れと二人でランチで行ってきました。11:30に予約し、はりきって一番に来店。
イケメンお兄さんのハキハキした接客で気持ちいい。
店内はすぐに予約客と思しきお客さんで満席に。
前菜はカルパッチョと連れは+500¥で卵トリュフ。
今日のカルパッチョはブリ。プリプリねっとりで旨旨。素材のおいしさ素晴らしい。
連れは卵トリュフを大絶賛。パンを総動員しお皿を綺麗にしておりました。
パスタも麺が美味しい。鱈の旨味と塩加減がいい。
言語化するのがムズイですがとにかく全てがいい塩梅。
連れもアマトリチャーナをうまいうまいと唱えながら、完食。
デザートもウマウマ。
今回選ばなかった前菜、パスタも全部食べてみたいな。
また直ぐ行きたい。
