◎カルパッチョ
本日の鮮魚はブリでした。
肉厚のブリの下に卵白のムース、ハーブ＆ネギ
アクセントにレモンのムース、イタリアのカラスミがかかっています。
見た目より、ボリューム感を感じる前菜でした。
カラスミの塩味とレモンの酸味が効いてました。
◎アラビアータ
ショートパスタは、ヴェズビオというあまりお目にかかったことのないもの。
爽やかなトマトソースに、桜海老のサクッとした食感が美味しかったです。
ただ、ショートパスタは、ちょっと固め？？
スパゲティに変更してもらっても良かったかなと思いました。
◎フロマージュ
ザクロが載ったフロマージュは、自家製。
重くもしつこくもなく、ホイップ感ありながら、口の中で溶けて美味しかったです。
1800円で、この味、クオリティは凄い！
再訪決定です。
