高級な焼き鳥屋さんの１つ。
焼き鳥は、串一本100円、キャベツ食べ放題がデフォルトだったので、高級焼き鳥というジャンルはあまり馴染まないものの、鶏という食材を美味しく、仕事を加えた場合、こういう形態になるのも良いのでは？
コースに、諸々つく方を選択しました。
締めのご飯は確かに美味しいも、追加料金のバランスを見ると、お好みで串を頼む方が良かったのかな。
炭火の香り、火加減、確かに職人さんのお仕事がなされており、B級焼き鳥の4倍になるのも納得。肉の原価も多分4倍はするのでしょう。
持ち込み3千円だったので、こちらのタレならブルゴーニュとかシャンパンに合わせても良さそうでした。
