焼き鳥屋さんの中で1番好きなお店。
お店のご主人が一つ一つ丁寧に焼いてくれる。
どれも芸術品。とにかく火の入れ方が抜群。
日本酒も種類は少ないけど、セレクトが良い。
いつも締めの料理を何にするか悩むんだけど、今日はそぼろにしました。
