麻布の焼鳥名店に初訪問してきました。
ご主人は幻の名店と謳われた鳥善出身とのことで期待大。
カウンターメインで個室もあって、鳥は主に信玄鶏を使っているとのこと。
紀州備長炭火で丁寧に焼き上げられた一串一串は火入れも塩加減も絶妙。
