春のこの時期には、幸村さんの代名詞と言っても過言ではない花山椒！
やはり美味いですね。
使用しているお肉がものすごく良いもので、それに出汁と花山椒の香りで全てがゴージャス。
他のお料理も春らしい食材が使われていて、さすがとしか言いようのない、素晴らしいコースでした。
