麻布十番駅の【taachi(ターチ)】さん。沖縄の方言で2つという意味で、お客様にもう一つの食卓として使って欲しいという想いが込められているそうです。
Instagramで具義さんの投稿を見かけて保存していて、金曜日の夜にタイミングよく訪問できました。
店内は細長く、カウンター席とテーブル席があります。
いただいたメニューは
・八丈島直送あした葉のサラダ：あした葉とイカと玉ねぎ？をマヨネーズとラー油でピリ辛に仕上げられた一品。ボリュームもあり美味しい。
・海ぶどう：目の前の水槽からあげられた海ぶどう！笑
・里芋とジーマーミー豆腐の揚げ出し：ジーマーミーのねっとり感がたまらない、里芋も甘くて合います。
・ゴーヤチャンプル：しっかりと苦い、シャキシャキのゴーヤがたっぷり入っていて、これだあああってなります。沖縄の夏を感じられて最高。
・沖縄そば 中平麺：4種類の麺から選べるけど、スタンダードの麺に。シェアすることを伝えたらハーフサイズ×2で出してくれました。出汁も優しくて美味しいです。
どれも一工夫されたメニューばかりで、季節の食材も取り入れられ、創作沖縄料理という感じですね。また来たくなります！
