Visit at night! This is a long-established restaurant in Roppongi that is said to be frequented by gourmet people. The taste is unmistakable considering the boiled vegetables in the appetizer. It's gentle and elegant. I ordered a total of 5 skewers.・Aburatsubo (rare part) The outside is crispy, but the inside is melty with oil! It has a rich taste.・Negima refreshing!・Delicious with liver sauce. There is no odor at all.・Bonjiri The texture and the way the fat was spread was the best.・Raw quail egg yolk is so smooth! delicious! I then had the egg-cooked rice, and the yolk was rich and the rice clumped together tightly. Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl) also looks delicious and I definitely want to try it next time.
