主だったお店は休業してたり、
テイクアウト専業だったり。
そんなこんなで、
開いていたら入ろうという昨今。
過去1回だけ入って記憶のかなたにあった、
和たまに入店した。
頼んだのはタンメン（880円）である。
永新、また登龍という巨星に挟まれた、
小惑星が和たま。
タンメンもビジュアルからしてアンダーステートメントだ。
ツルっとした食感の麺もごく普通。
炒められた野菜たちもごく普通。
どっちかっていうと自分で作れるかも感が凄い。（失敬）
でも食べ始めると意外にイケる。
食べてるうちに美味さが増してくる。
この感覚、あまりない。
完全無化調でもないだろう。
でも何というかチクチクする感覚がない。
すべてに角が取れた印象。
麻布十番商店街のど真ん中にありながら
卸売市場の食堂街みたいな雰囲気もいい。
角がないってすごいんだな。
