麻布十番にある町中華「新香飯店」。
麻布十番にもあるんだね、こういう町中華。
入ると店内は奥行きあり、テレビが2台もある。
メニューを見ると麻婆豆腐ないのか…なんだか勝手に麻婆豆腐の気分だったんだけど、
まぁ、町中華って言うと自分の指針はチャーハン。
だけどチャーハン単品もツラいのでラーメンセットにする。
・Bのラーメン半チャーハン 950円
具材はチャーシュー、メンマ、ワカメ、葱。
シンプルな醤油に化調による甘さを感じる。個性はないけどこれでいい感はある。
麺は硬めのストレート。悪くないです。
チャーハンもシンプルで昔ながら。
胡椒が効いたものでややご飯が柔らかい。
希望を言えばご飯はもっと粒が立ってほしい。ベチャ感が凄いのは個人的に苦手。
次来たとすると間違いなく他のメニューにするな。ごちそうさまでした。
