This is my first Turkish court dish. I've been looking forward to it since I made the reservation. Turkish Cuisine has many similarities with Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine. It is characterized by the fact that sheep and chicken are preferred as edible meat, rather than pork. The combination of seafood and nuts from the Mediterranean and Black Sea, yogurt, and olive oil creates an elegant taste. It is a dish that is easy on the stomach from the start. It has long been known as a doctor's recipe because it is good for the body. At this restaurant, you can enjoy the cuisine of the Ottoman Empire, which laid the foundation for the world's three major cuisines. Turkish Cuisine is said to be one of the three major cuisines in the world, along with French and Chinese Cuisine. Since the Turks were also Asian, they had access to abundant plant materials. Mesopotamian spices and raw meat flavors were fused with Asian ingredients, Anatolia's diverse flora and fauna, and Mediterranean and Black Sea seafood came together to create a wider range of cuisines. This restaurant recreates the cuisine of the imperial court. There are similarities with traditional Japanese-style meal restaurants in Kyoto. We condense the flavor of the ingredients we are familiar with, such as vegetables, cheese, and chicken, to bring out the best in the ingredients. I feel grateful for the preciousness of life. While I was eating, I felt grateful for many things. The ancient Turks also cooked many dishes using grains as raw materials. Turkey is famous for producing flour, and there are a wide variety of bread, bread-based dishes, and flour-based dishes. The bread at this shop is also made using Turkish cooking methods and ingredients. The subtle sweetness of the bread and the chewy and chewy texture are exquisite and will make you a fan right away. Along with meat, fish dishes are also popular in Turkish Cuisine. Surrounded by the Black Sea, Mediterranean Sea, and Aegean Sea, Turkey also has an abundance Seafood. Very delicious! Because the latitude is close to Japan, there are some familiar ingredients. This time we will be cooking a dish using yellowtail, prepared using a cooking method from the 16th century. This is also a dish with a gentle sauce that has a sweet and sour taste. Ice sweets are a refreshing treat before the main dish. A high-quality sugar water with rose petals and a rose scent. In Turkey, sorbet is a frozen dessert made by adding sugar to fruit juice. This sherbet originates from ``şerbet,'' which was a favorite drink at the imperial court during the Ottoman Empire. It is said to have originated as a sweet, cold drink that has a beautiful jewel-like color and is filled with honey, rose, spices, and a thin fruit-flavored syrup. şurup, which means sugar water/syrup that is essential for Turkish sweets, is derived from the Arabic word ``shariba'', just like ``şerbet''. şurup means sugar water/syrup. The main dishes are lamb chops and beef sirloin. Turkey, which has a large Muslim population, does not eat pork. Sheep meat is preferred, but beef and chicken are also eaten. There is also a dish called kofte, which is ground beef or mutton rolled into meatballs. There are also prototypes such as Hamburg. This is a standard menu that you can always find in Turkish Cafeterias, but this time I chose lamb and beef sirloin. Salty meat with herbs is very easy to eat. In Turkey, they serve bread in excess, so as soon as you finish eating, the next one comes out, so don't eat too much just because it's delicious. As for the final dessert, I have it at various Restaurants, but the one at this restaurant is exceptional. Natural sweetness and sourness leave your mouth feeling refreshed. It was the best Valentine's Day. Thank you to the 100 Famous Store Girl, and I am also grateful to the staff at the store who provided me with the best hospitality. I felt like I was abroad.
