オスマントルコ宮廷料理。
なんて魅惑的な響きでしょう。
ずっと気になっていたけどどういうテンションでお邪魔すればいいのかわからなかったお店です。
食の激戦区、麻布十番にあるこちら。
素敵なマダムの丁寧なアテンドで着席。
店内もエキゾチックで素敵です。この時点でなんだか旅行に来た感ある。
お料理はコースにしましたが、マダムがまた文化的背景をきちんと説明しながら紹介してくれるので、単なるレストランに来たというよりはむしろ食文化を学びに来たという感じ。
これはこれで新しい体験。
お料理もそれぞれ奥深くて、食べたことのないものもあって初体験が楽しい。
トルコのスパークリングも美味しかったし、スープも前菜も楽しかった。
メインもしっかり美味しくて。今までこんなふうにスパイシーな黒毛和牛食べたことなかったです。
デザートも盛り合わせで、あれこれ食べられて楽しかった。
うーん、ここは、舌の肥えた美食家さんが新たな刺激を求めてやってくる場所なのかもしれない。
とっても楽しかった。
刺激に飢えたグルメな友人がいたら連れてこよう。
