北京ダックがクリスピーでした。美味しかったけど、パリパリの方が良いかな。キュウリはネギの細さに揃えた方が、食感が良いかな。この辺が違いだなと感じました。
コースは酒を飲むにはよい。チューシューやピータンが美味しい。
春巻きはもう少し油のキレが良いと食べやすい。また少し豚臭いかも。
今日の一番は、担々麺！ゴマのコクがしっかりあり、辛味と一体になったスープが秀逸。凄く良くまとまった味で癖になる。麺も細すぎず、堅さもスープの絡みもちょうどよい。これだけ食べに来る価値ありです。
