美味い焼鳥

ささみの昆布〆はねっとりとした食感と昆布の香り

串はハツもとからスタート、鴨のローストを挟んだ後の軟骨はしっかり付いた身から溢れ出る旨味の油がとても良い

つくねを食べ終わって出てきたうずらの卵はトロトロの半熟で、つくねを左手、右手に卵の順で両手で１つづつ食べ口の中でトロ玉つくねってのもどうかと提案したいところだが、行儀が悪いと怒られる雰囲気

レバーの真ん中2番目はフォアグラだが口に入れるまで気付かないカモ

好物の手羽先、せせりも焼き加減が抜群
