学芸大学にあった同店が移転営業を開始した。 |
こちらは写真NGのはずなのですが？？一応聞いてみたらいいですよーと返事が。あれ？いつからか変わったのかな？？ならば遠慮なく撮らせて頂きましたw
使っている鶏は伊達鶏がメイン。と言うと鳥よしの流れかと思いきや。聞いてみるとそうではなくて大将独自の道を歩んで来たそうです。
焼き台が、カウンターと平行ではなくて垂直方向にあるので、真ん中の席以外は距離があって話はしづらいレイアウトです。端の席だったのでそれは残念。
コースは10串コースが6000円、2品+〆もの付きが8000円。今日は8000円のコースで。
基本的に外はしっかりと中はふわっとの火入れが絶妙です❗料理は全て美味しかった❗
ボリュームが控え目なので当然串を追加w5串追加してお酒もビール、ワイン、日本酒とガンガン飲むと流石に会計も20000円を超えましたがw
