食べログピザ百名店を何度も受賞されている『ピッツェリア ロマーナ ジャニコロ』さんに伺いました。
この日は、食事をしてからの2軒目使いです。
アクセスは、麻布十番駅より徒歩3分程の雑式通り沿いの 渡邊ビル B1F に有ります。
予約で満席だった様ですが、ちょうど一回転目の方々が帰られる頃だったので、少し待って入店出来ました。
この日頂いたメニューです。
『ジャニコロ風マルゲリータ』
自家製セミドライトマト、水牛モッツァレラ、バジリコ
こちらの代表的なピッツァです。トマトソースにセミドライトマトで、普通のマルゲリータとは少し違う印象です。生地が薄めなのでサクサクと頂きました。
『チンクエフォルマッジ』
ゴルゴンゾーラ、タレッジョ、リコッタ、グラノパダーノ、スモークモッツァレラ、バジリコ
何種類ものチーズがのったピッツァです。薄めの生地にタップリのチーズがインパクト有りますね。
『パルマ産生ハム、自家製プロシュートコット、サラミの盛り合わせ』
盛り合わせなので4種類のハムを頂けますした。
私的にはプロシュートコットが一番好みのハムでした。
『ブラッドオレンジのソルベ』
結構量が多めのソルベです
楽しい時間を過ごす事が出来ました。
