店内は薄暗く親父向けのワイルドさが漂う
バランスがとにかく良い
美味しいカクテルを提供してくださるオーナーバーテンダー
彼はまだ若いはずだが
物腰柔らかく丁寧な説明をしてくれる
それがまた押し売りのように邪魔でないのだ
そして
ウイスキー好きの2番手の女性
お若い2人が醸し出す雰囲気は落ち着きがあり笑いあり楽しいものだ

ここの二番手のバーテンダーは若い女性である
オーナーもかなり若いがそれ以上に若い
年齢や性別を取り除く
かなり無愛想で愛嬌がない
鋭利的な空気感であるが(若さ故か)
とても繊細で綺麗なカクテルを作る
ところがどこか力強い
