誕生日祝いを息子がしてくれました。
肉好きな私が喜ぶだろうと、豪華な肉タワーがあるアニバーサリーコースを頂きました。
キムチとナムル、サーロインの握りや生雲丹乗せユッケ、タンベーコンのシーザーサラダと次から次に美味しく、見た目も綺麗な料理が出てきました。
極みタンシャブ、和牛ハラミとフィレからの肉タワーが登場で、スモークや花火などの演出でテンションが上がりました。
和牛の希少部位など5種類のお肉を食べ比べで、ランプ、カメノコ、モモ芯、トウガラシ、上カルビと素晴らしいラインナップでした。
さらにサーロインを軽く炙ってから、卵黄をつけて食べると、口の中でとろけました。
〆の炙り牛トロ丼は蓋を開けると、一面に肉が敷き詰められていて、柔らかい肉にタレが
美味しいかった。
最後のデザートはHappy birthdayと書かれたプレートに花火が綺麗。フルーツが素敵にカットされていて鮮やかで素適なバースデープレートでした。
器も素敵で、席に簾があるので、周りを気にせずゆっくりでき、各テーブルに絵が飾られています。
料理はもちろん、他の部分も素敵に演出されていて、スタッフさんも丁寧で感じが良い人ばかりで、最後まで美味しく楽しく頂きました。
