ホワイトデーという繁忙日にお邪魔しました。
フレンチレストランは割と知っているですが、こちらのお店は行くまでは知りませんでした。
何でも食べログ評価は4以上！
だけど、口コミ件数は100件以下。
選んだ主人も一か八かだったようです（笑）
店内に入ると、白を基調とするまるでお姫様空間！
パリのプチホテルのよう。女の子は大好きな空間です。
店内のテーブル数も少なく、4テーブルにカウンターがあるのみ。
もちろんいつものように一番乗りで来訪しました（笑）
同じような時間にもう一組。
テーブル席から見えるオープンキッチンには、シェフ一人とウェイター一人。
カウンターは使用されず、4組を上手く時間差でサービスしていましたので、
せっかちなわたしだけれども人数が少なくても何も不満もなかったのは素晴らしかったです。
お料理はアミューズ+4品+デセール。おまかせなのですが、今回はメインのお肉が鳩だそうで、
事前に苦手かどうかをちゃんと聞いてくださいました。
アミューズはトマトずくし！
トマトの蒸しパンはここの定番なのかな？ふわふわで柔らかいけどしっかりトマト味。
あとキャンディのようなトマトのキャメラリゼに、一品目は色んな色人参を使ったお料理で人参がお花のようで視覚的にもテンションあがります。
絶妙なのは、魚の仕上げ方。
鯛をいただきました。素材もいいものだと思いますが、鯛ってこんなに弾力あったっけ？っと思うくらいもちもちしてました。
そして鯛だしとバニラエッセンスのスープが香りも後味もとても印象的でした。
定番のフォアグラのテリーヌも中にクリスピーが挟まってあり、濃厚なお菓子のよう。私は好きです。メインの鳩もまったく臭みもなく、ここまでいきつくのに結構なボリュームでしたがあっさり食べれました。
デセール前のお口直しのミモレットベースの一口スプーンはチーズ好きにはまたたまりません♡
デセールは二品。一品目のアイスはさっぱりミルクにスモークの風味があってまた絶妙！
メインデセールは見た目は重たそうに見えましたがメレンゲベースのためさくっと上品なデセールでした。
口コミ件数が少なかったのと、聞きなれない店名だったのでどうかなとも思いましたが
テーブル数も少なくかつまだオープンしてそんなに経ってなければ当たり前かな？
有名店も華やかでいいですが、本当に美味しいもの食べたい、そんな人を連れて来たいっていう人にはオススメです。
ランチ営業もしているみたいなので今度はランチでうかがいたいです。
