牛タンしゃぶしゃぶが美味しいと評判のお店で
友人と忘年会で利用しました。
お店の場所はきみちゃん像の近く
オーガニックスーパーのビオセボンの向かいにある
ビル4階にあります。
エレベーターを降りると石畳が目を引き
麻布十番らしい落ち着いた雰囲気～。
この日は靴を脱いでの掘りごたつ式の個室の席へ
通して貰いました。

熊本直送鮮馬刺しは赤身・たてがみ・霜降りの
3種類の食べ比べができて
おろしにんにくとおろし生姜を馬刺し専用醤油に混ぜて
食べると脂の旨味が引き立ち新鮮で鮮度が違う～。
人気メニューのもっちり生チーズは自家製だそう
クリームチーズと豆乳で作った物で自然な甘みがあり
食感も良くデザート感覚～。
そして元祖牛タンしゃぶしゃぶと言われているお鍋が登場～。
出汁は昆布だしと白ダシ
キレイに並んだ薄切りタンは迫力がある～。
出汁を煮たたせてから
ネギとおかひじきを入れ牛タンを軽くしゃぶしゃぶ
ポン酢 ごま油ネギソース トリュフ塩につけて～。
お肉は柔らかくて美味しい～。
何気にお野菜のおかひじきがシャキシャキで
いくらでも食べられちゃう。
〆は欲張って細麺のラーメンと雑炊
牛タンから出た出汁で作る
ラーメンは勿論！！！雑炊まで美味しく出汁を無駄にする
事なく完食！！！(笑)
日本酒は銘柄揃いで
専属の利き酒師の方がいるので好みの物を伝えると
お料理に合うドンピシャな物を出してくれます。
特に福島の楽器正宗は微発泡で爽やかな飲み口で
甘さと酸のキレが良かったです。
店内はさほど大きくはないのに男女別のお化粧室で清潔感があるのもマル
お得なコース料理をはじめ
旬の食材を使ったアラカルトメニューなど
遅くまで営業しているので使い勝手は良いと思う
