牛タンしゃぶしゃぶ忘年会をしました！！
美味しいと評判で以前より伺いたかった評判のお店で伺えて嬉しかった！！

どれも本当に美味しかったのですが、

季節の野菜盛り合わせは
野菜ソムリエが選ぶたっぷりのお野菜がシャキシャキ！！馬刺しは鮮度が良く✨たてがみと言う部分は、初めて頂きました！脂が甘くて、トロんとしていて美味しかった〜！
自家製のもっちり生チーズはデザート感覚でした、
とってもクリーミー‥✨✨
お待ちかねの、牛タンしゃぶしゃぶは、
昆布出汁 白出汁沸騰したら中火で野菜を入れます、
おかひじきをトリュフ塩胡麻油ネギソースと絡めて頂きます。お肉の旨味たっぷり‥最高なお鍋でした〜(^-^)v
〆の細麺も、雑炊も旨みを全て吸って美味し過ぎた‥✨トリュフ塩を入れたら、更に味わい深く美味しかったです。
