何度も利用されている方のご希望で、お取引先様の誕生日祝いを兼ねて4人でお伺いしました。
麻布十番の会員制の焼き鳥屋、その響きだけでも心躍ります。
立派な表札を横目に店内へ、カウンターを抜けて通されたのは奥の個室。4人だとかなり広すぎるくらいの落ち着いた空間。
食材を引き立て綺麗に、また美味しく見せるのを狙ったかのような照明。写真撮りやすくて好きです。
焼鶏会席コースを予約して頂きました。
はじめに、その日に使う食材が彩り鮮やかに並べられた木箱を見せて頂きました。
焼き鳥ばかりを想像していましたが、串以外のクオリティも高いです。もちろん鶏はすべて逸品でした。
どれも量は多くありませんが、ひと手間加えられたお洒落すぎる割烹料理。
最後のご飯セットは卵かけご飯に。旅館のような感覚で、ほっこり。お腹もいっぱいです。
デザートにお祝いでご用意して頂いたケーキを切り分けて、おいしく頂きました。
普段甘いものを好んで食べないせいか、通常出でないであろうこのケーキ、物凄く美味しく感じました。
こんなにも満足感と優越感に浸れる焼き鳥屋は初めて、時間を見つけてリピートしたいです。
