「石焼」ビビンパって日本発祥なんだよね
夜営業はいつも満席盛況の人気韓国料理店。
ランチタイムも混雑するらしいので11時半の昼開け時に訪問。
赤羽橋 "和韓"
店外の大きな暖簾には「韓国風居酒屋」とありますし、屋号も"和韓"という事で、日本寄りのコンセプト。ここは東麻布。新大久保的な雰囲気はなく店内はとても清潔感あり綺麗。
ランチメニューがかなり豊富で、何にしようか迷う。韓国女将にオススメ聞くと「全部美味しいよ」とのこと。さらに迷う。
では、「和」＋「韓」という事で、本場韓国のビビンパをアレンジして、大阪鶴橋が発祥の地とされる「石焼ビビンパ」を頂く事にいたします。
ランチの石焼ビビンパは、チーズや明太マヨなど、日本人が好みそうなラインナップもありますが、、
"プルコギ石焼ビビンパ" 1300円
副菜3種とキムチ、スープ付き。を注文。
食欲をそそる焼き音を立てながら配膳される石焼の器。
程良い味付けのナムルと刻み韓国海苔、さらに甘めな味付けのプルコギにコチュジャンをたっぷりと絞りかけ、ご飯としっかり混ぜ混ぜ。「お焦げ」作ったりしてスプーンで食します。
予想通りの味わい。かなりのボリューム。
コチュの辛味で心地良い発汗作用。
気がつけば店内満席で待ち客数名。
次回は参鶏湯を頂きたい。

ランチの石焼ビピンパが美味しいから、夜も来てみました。4人で予約して訪問。
赤羽橋 "和韓"
店内はワイガヤな満席。半数は韓国語が締めています。
聞くところによると品川のサムスン日本支社の方達とのこと。わざわざ韓国人がタクシー乗って訪れる本場の味。美味しいに決まってる。
オススメを韓国女将に尋ねると、「ウチは何でも美味しいよ」と。やっぱり。
韓国海苔、チーズトッポギ、カクテキ、海鮮チヂミ、ニラ春巻き、、確かに何食べてもそれなりに美味しい。
生ビールからチャミスルにチェンジしてから一体何本空けたのか、、？なんか酒が進む独特の雰囲気がこの店にはある。
〆は石鍋で焼く"サムギョプサル"
店員さんが上手に焼いてくれて、ハサミでチョキチョキ肉を切ってくれます。
コチュジャン塗ってキムチと共にサンチュに包んで頂きます。実に美味い。
帰り際には韓国海苔のお土産。
韓国の本場の味と雰囲気を味わえます。
