久しぶりに麻布十番のトラジさんにお邪魔しました。
ここは厚切りのタンが美味しかった記憶があったので、早速オーダー。
全体をカリッと焼いた後でハサミで切って内側も好みで少し焼いてからいただきます。最高に美味しいですね。ここのタンは本当におすすめです。
そして、キムチやナムルもかなり美味しいですキムチは尖った酸っぱさもなく、甘みがあって最高です。
うっかりライスもオーダーし、オンザライスしちゃいました。
こんなに美味しいのに食べログ評価が低いのはなんででしょうかね。
個室もたくさんあり、朝方までやっているので、私のような深夜に麻布界隈を徘徊している者にとっては使い勝手抜群のお店です。
またたまに行きたいと思います。
