A fusion of Fukushima-produced ingredients and Fukushima sake
Away from the hustle and bustle of Roppongi, Toku Fukushima Japanese Cuisine sits elegantly between Azabu-Juban and the area. It serves authentic yet approachable Japanese Cuisine mainly using ingredi |
[a:https://eat.hangover.work/, Blog:Hangover Meals] [a:https://www.instagram.com/hangover_meal/, Instagram] ● Japanese Cuisine Toku If you go all the way from Roppongi intersection towards Tokyo Tower, you will see a pet shop, turn right and go to a Japanese Cuisine restaurant called "Japanese Cuisine Toku". In this area, "Yakiniku Miyabi" and "Jasmine Thai" are nearby. It was already five years ago, but it was once featured in Bib Gourmand. There are counters and several private rooms inside. It has a Japanese Cuisine feel. At first, I thought it was quite expensive, but it is a price with all-you-can-drink, so I think it is just about acceptable! The all-you-can-drink menu looks like this. In the end, the umeboshi sour was very delicious! ●Kaiseki course The first thing that came out was an appetizer. It was a three-item appetizer platter. It was tofu with sashimi and salmon roe, and I think it was an monkfish liver. First, we had three dishes that went well with alcohol, and we had them with a toast. Next came a bowl of soup, a karasumi soup. It was a soup with grated kelp. I thought it would have been better if the karasumi flavor was a little stronger, but it was a light-flavored soup that seemed easy on the stomach. Next came sashimi. The toppings were flounder and surf clam. I love shellfish, so I was happy! I think flounder is a seasonal item in winter, but it was just as tasty as usual. I would have liked the flesh to be a little firmer, but I guess there are individual differences, so that can't be helped. I was very satisfied with the surf clam. It was delicious. And then, fried pufferfish. It's been a while since I've had fried pufferfish! I feel like it doesn't have much impact unless it's served with something like sashimi or something in a pufferfish course. And then, vinegared mozuku seaweed. It was topped with sea urchin, which was delicious! The vinegared mozuku seaweed was thick and firm, with just the right amount of vinegar. And then came the main dish, Ishigaki beef Steak. It seems to be from the thigh. Bam! . . . ? The shape is a little irregular, and it feels a little strange. There is also a little stringiness, so it is delicious, but not impressive. I was looking forward to the last main course, Ishigaki beef, so it was a little disappointing. I pulled myself together and finished with rice dishes. Pickles, red miso soup, and crab rice. I wonder if they cooked crab together. There was a little crab meat in it, and it was delicious. I was asked if I wanted a second serving, but one bowl was enough. Finally, dessert. Mizu Shingen Mochi? I think. It was transparent and very pretty! This Japanese Confectionery was very delicious. ●Thank you for the meal Looking at the food overall, I wonder if it is a little expensive for a 10,000 yen course? However, the atmosphere of the restaurant has a very Japanese Cuisine feel, and there are private rooms where you can talk calmly, so I think it could be a very good restaurant depending on the situation. The fact that it is a fixed price with all-you-can-drink may also be good for dining with customers!
