上タン牛タンスライス
20歳なりたてぐらいの時に一度訪問した麻布十番駅徒歩1分の好立地にある辺見さんへ8年越しの訪問。
埼玉出身の若造が当時背伸びして友達と食べ歩きをしようと入った最初のお店で、これが東京の味かと今でも感動したのを覚えてます。よくよく考えたら仙台の味です。
定食のラインナップが松竹梅形式で豊富にあり、言い方は良くないですが課金すればするほど上等なタンが頂けるよくある牛タン定食屋さんです。
この日はサービスディナーという内容の上タンと通常の牛タンを楽しめる定食をオーダーしました。
提供スピードも早く手頃に美味しい牛タンが楽しめるので夜利用でも昼利用でも肉感が欲しい時に是非行ってみてください。
